Data Deletion Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including requirements from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta) for apps that integrate with Facebook Login and Google for apps using Google OAuth.

User Data We Collect

When you connect your account using social login (Google OAuth or Facebook Login), we may collect certain information such as:

• Your public profile information (e.g., name, profile picture)
• Email address
• App-scoped user ID
• Other data you authorize us to access (as described in our Privacy Policy)

We use this data solely to provide and improve our services, such as authenticating your account, personalizing your experience, and enabling social features.

Your Right to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have obtained through social login integrations.

Option 1: Automatic Deletion via Meta (Facebook)

If you remove our app from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to your Facebook settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2. Find our app (United We Dance) and remove it.
3. Select the option to request data deletion.

Meta will notify us of your request, and we will promptly delete all associated personal data from our systems.

Option 2: Revoke Google Access

If you signed in with Google:

1. Go to your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find United We Dance and click "Remove Access"
3. Contact us to request full data deletion

Option 3: Direct Request to Us

You can request deletion directly by contacting us:

• Email: privacy@nervo.media
• Subject: "User Data Deletion Request"

Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Any other details to help us locate your account

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All personal data linked to your account will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
• You may lose access to features requiring authentication.
• Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics, but it will no longer be linked to you.
• We may retain limited data if required by law (e.g., transaction records).
